Due to the rare but real possibility of untracked/uninsured packages going missing in transit I am unable to offer refunds of ANY kind on missing packages that were shipped uninsured / untracked. It is your responsibility to choose a shipping method that provides you with the security and comfort level you are happy with. I cannot be responsible for any packages lost in transit. It (VERY) rarely happens, but it does happen from time to time.
If you have any concerns, please choose a tracked package option as it provides a level of insurance and tracking security.
All items are shipped via Canada Post, which to be fair has never lost a package on me yet.
